It appears Travis was abused before he was found. That is why he kept his distance from her husband. Love will and did win Travis over. Thank God. Looks like he is going to be a great dog in a house full of love -- I can't see anything going wrong with that situation. These folks are heaven sent.
Some people have such huge hearts. Lucky little dog sure ran into one of those families.
