    For that much fear to be in Meadow from the start, shows she had to have been treated terribly in the past. What a wonderful job this Foster Family is doing showing her that it's ok to be a dog. It's okay to be Meadow. Incredible story. No doubt there is someone for her and she will blossom even more. Patience. That's all ya need. Sad story but remarkable progress.
