    OMGosh! That boy has NEVER been taken care of to be in that condition. The staff was incredible with getting to the dog underneath all that matting. Great team. Now, such a cutie. And I absolutely love the tuxedo . . . is that flippin' cute, or what?! Yay for Panda's adoption day!
