    I'm so glad the mom and babies all got rescued and are now in a loving home. This was an obvious case of abandonment by their original owner.

    All I can say is, shame on whoever abandons their pet(s) like that. Out in the cold, snow on the ground with nothing to eat or drink.... I want the inhuman, cowardly jerk to find me so I can smash their face in with my cane.
