Locals heard this dog's cries and came to his aid- it was a long process removing all of it off, but months later he looks brand new!

Can't blame Kian for being scared, clearly humans were very cruel to him. But . . . What a handsome boy Kian turned out to be! It's going to take a little time to get past that abuse. Someday, the Lord will settle that score.
