The song was written by German born, Irish based independent artist Sina Theil. It charted at #1 in the main Irish charts; reflecting on the current times. It's a powerful ballad that voices the need for peace; not only beyond our doorstep but also here at home in Ireland. The song leaves the listener inspired to "be the change they wish to see in the world".

Sina had a surreal experience recording this music video. While the violent Dublin riot kicked-off in Dublin city centre on November 23rd 2023, she was only a few hundred meters walking distance from the inferno, shooting the music video for "Let there be Peace (this Christmas) inside Dublin City centre church The Immaculate Heart of Mary.

As she was singing "let there be peace, let there be love..." all of a sudden sirens and helicopters could be heard, even smoke smelled in the church. Herself and dancer Róisín Lyons were performing an anthem of peace, yet singing over sirens and commotion while outside, within walking distance, Dublin City centre was up in flames; resembling a warzone. It seemed they were performing the song out to the violence torn city. Sina also used to busk on the streets of Dublin for years, so seeing the city up in flames was especially painful for her.
