Silver team ponies forming into quite the respectable pack string (v. proud) Brought Luna my Labrador (professional snack thief) and Tweedy (VIP backpack passenger) along for the ride.. Stopped for hot chocolate with obligatory spray cream — dogs inhaled most of it, obviously. Pancakes on the campfire = complete triumph, even if slightly charred! Conclusion: ponies learning fast, dogs eating better than me, and packsaddles working brilliantly. Feel like some sort of windswept, slightly sticky adventurer.
