Great coverage of a terrible situation. Alex was rescued by people with a great heart and love of animals. Each should be honored individually by name. The rescue of any animal in distress is always a heartwarming experience. Hoorah for Alex!!!

He was found by hikers on the side of a mountain. He was separated from his herd, and nobody knows how long he was out there on his own. The owner of this poor sheep needs to be held accountable for animal abuse. Years ago, I used to have sheep; yes, they need yearly sheering. This is so tragic...........

What excuse is there for neglect such as this? The owner must be pathetic.

That poor thing had to be suffering from the massive amount of wool. with the wool being urine soaked and infested with bugs, it probably couldn't be put to any good use.
