    Only a cold, dark heart could walk past that dog and not help. I am so grateful I do not have one of those. But that is a choice I make. Such a beautiful transformation Felix has made and there is absolutely someone out there for him. He deserves all the love he can handle after being so neglected. Lord, I pray . . . send him an angel. Thank you also for this rescue team that never gave up on him.
