Jeffrey was roaming the streets of Los Angeles with severely matted fur and a broken jaw when a kind person picked him up and brought him to Free Animal Doctor for help. As he received surgery and grooming, he completely transformed both physically and emotionally. He developed the weirdest little personality in the process.
