Wildlife rescuers saved a mother elephant and her baby after they fell into a water well. The baby, struggling to stay afloat, was pulled out first, but he didn’t want to leave his mama’s side. After sedating the terrified calf, the crew drained the water and helped the mother regain strength to escape. Despite fears of aggression, her only wish was to reunite with her baby. Thanks to the team’s heroic efforts, the little family made a full recovery

    Wow, that was terrifying to watch. What an amazing, God-sent, rescue team. Worked so well together to save them both. I was pulling with them that's how high the emotions were on this rescue. You could just tell. Then to see Moma and baby walking off together . . . Woohoo!!!
