Tahlia -- you are an amazing young lady. Pigeons don't really bother me, and they are kinda cute, plus they are God's creatures; but I had no idea they got tangled in string like that. And that is was so common. Just something I hadn't really thought about. Congrats on making me aware. Sock Jail is a smart way to do the task. Cool chick.
