Description
Sparky is a character and losing a leg never changed that. He was dropped off at Kennedy's when former owners had to find him a better home. Together with a dog named Weezy, they overcame Sparky's leg injury and formed an adorable bond. Now, with four legs or less, he is unstoppable!
