Richard says it’s not unusual to see bears around his rental property, but it goes without saying that they don’t usually shatter car windows and rummage around inside of vehicles. “I'm sure there was something [the mama bear] found interesting in the car,” he says. “The guests found hair all over the front seat and claw marks on a box in the back seat that morning.”
