Video Description:
Dive into the challenging grooming session of Aki, a one-year-old Japanese Akita with a serious attitude. Watch as the groomer navigates Aki's reluctance to bathe, his fear of the blow dryer turning from a friend to a foe, and his distrust of being touched by strangers. Despite the struggles, the groomer respects Aki's boundaries, using treats and patience to manage his grooming without a muzzle. It's a true test of understanding and adapting to a pet's comfort levels.

She was amazingly patient; I hope she got a big tip!!
WOW! She did amazing with Aki... time * patience...talking to him & kept on working plus treats and he still could be his misbehaving self-- Aki needs to go to a K9 college... the shame lol
Definitely not the most cooperative fella . . . he is young. Give him time and a lot more baths, then, no issue. She is brave and patient.
WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD ANYONE WANT A DOG LIKE THIS????IT BLOWSS MY MIND.............
Dogs usually don't like to be groomed, mine didn't either, and this dog is no different. But he endured it without biting or lunging at the groomer and she was very patient with him. They both did a great job.
I would not have groomed him, Akita's can be quite mean and they bite.
He wasn't that bad - at least he got bathed.
I don't think that many groomers would take on this grooming job. This is a beautiful dog.
Not sure if I could groom a pup that won't promise not to bite me.
