Description
When he found a 1974 Cadillac station wagon on Craigslist, Brian, of Volo, Illinois was astonished to discover it had previously been owned by Elvis Presley. Brian couldn't help falling in love with the Cadillac once owned by the King of Rock and Roll himself. The new owner told Ridiculous Rides: “It’s a piece of Americana and it’s a great piece of history.” The car was custom built for Elvis and Brian even carries a copy of the invoice complete with The King’s signature to prove it. He said: “You’re sitting there touching the steering wheel that he touched, sitting in the seat that he sat in: amazing.”

- iotus2 Added I'm glad the car has found an owner that appreciates the car, and is using it.
- CharMane Added What a stunning opportunity to purchase, indeed. I do wonder what he paid for it. There will never be another like Elvis. Sad shame we lost him so young and for such a foolish reason. Fame destroys so many. His grandson looked just like him. That was a tragedy too. And now the Elvis impersonators can't do anymore weddings in Vegas. It has taken many years for his legacy to begin to slip away. It's a testament to the icon he was. We were blessed to experience him. His gospel music is magnificent.
- Carol Segal Added Some people can really be taken by famous people,
- Sheri Added This is so neat, Thank you for sharing with us.
- Mary Jane Added Cool. I am surprised he was able to buy it off Craigslist.

- Jacj Added Very interesting story. Just love that Caddy Wagon
- [email protected] Added Neat! This is being forwarded to my friend Dee who was at Elvis' home on invitation by him for her and Tammy Tucker!
- Randy Ferguson Added I've been an Elvis fan since I was a kid. My wife and I toured Elvis' home, Graceland, in Memphis several years ago. I would love to own anything he had, especially one of his cars. Even a gas guzzler like this one. The interior of his home and his jet, the Lisa Marie were a little too godly for my taste, but I love his music! I really enjoyed this video and I'm glad to see he is driving the car and obviously enjoying it. It's his car now and he can do what he wants with it.
- Larry Added Great video, glad he's driving and sharing a piece of automotive history.
