While Gobi was in China and her newfound friend was arranging for her immigration to the UK, she was abused. A leg was broken. It is not such a glib thing that this goodman did for Gobi. It took, if I remember correctly, a good six months to get her to the UK. Mel, you picked a story that really touches my heart. The more that we live with animals, the more we can understand their emotions. The smallest of creatures have feelings. Hoping that you and yo ur family and neighbors are recovering from Hurrican Helene.
