Chipmunk Food Dispenser

I brought a "squirrel proof" caged finch feeder to the Mountain Backyard which is pretty effective on Gray and Red Squirrels, but alas the tiny Chipmunks have had a population explosion and attacked it almost immediately and drained a cylinder in about an hour. Time to work on plan B. I still love this feeder, but to be totally squirrel proof it needs secondary protection like a squirrel baffle. On the other hand if you want a Food Dispenser for Chipmunks then it is ready to go out of the box.
