Alleged Thief Plays With ‘Coolest Dog Ever’ Before Stealing E-Bike

Home surveillance footage captured the moment police say an alleged thief started playing with a homeowner's Golden Retriever. Instead of guarding the house and scaring off the suspected burglar, the dog approached the man and started licking him. After more affectionate pets, the man bids farewell and allegedly strolls off with the pet owner's $1,300 e-bike. The incident is reminding many of a popular Inside Edition report on if dogs will protect their owners during a home invasion.
