    This was great! I love animals and sometimes they actually let me get close, too. A praying mantis jumped on me and crawled around on my shoulder, neck, hair, etc. for a while. A lizard let me pet it. A squirrel took food from my hand. Several other similar experiences with 'wildlife'. Yes, it is a wonderful feeling when you can get that close to nature.
