For anyone getting message: "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot"

First try refreshing your browser or try another browser. If that doesn't work, read the following.

All the videos on my website are embedded from Youtube. From what little information I can find Youtube is testing turning off videos for certain users that are not logged into a Youtube account or using a VPN to view videos. If you have a Youtube account, please try logging in and see if you can then view the videos on https://mvotd.com. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off to view the videos. There are a few other work arounds but they are pretty confusing to use. If you have the skills you might try searching Google for "Youtube Sign in to confirm you're not a bot" for a fix. I didn't see any that looked easy. Our best hope is that Youtube completes their test and realizes this is a big mistake. Until then, please check in daily to see if you still getting the error message. Sorry it took so long to figure out what was going on with this. Mel

Brilliant pressure points that will improve your massage techniques

Massage can work wonders when it comes to relaxation. So, to help you calm down and have a nice pampering routine, here are some of my top secrets.
When massaging feet, simply apply some oil on them first. Then decide which area you want to target. The middle of the big toe targets the brain – which means it increases brain activity and attention. The outer side of the big toe relieves nasal congestion. For the neck, try to massage the base of the toe – that relieves muscle pain.
To make your eyes feel less tired, massage the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal heads. But for the ears, massage the 4th and the 5th metatarsal heads – that will help you improve your hearing acuity.
There’s a part below the big toe called the tibial sesamoid. That’s the perfect blood pressure point you can massage to drop high blood pressure.
For the hearth, you can massage the lisfranc's joint – by pressing on it with your thumbs, it will help you normalize the heart rate. Just below the big toe, there’s an area I show you that you can rub with your fingers to help your thyroid balance out the hormones in your body.
Watch until the end to see all of my reflexology secrets you can try.
