This is a sharp looking T/A in great shape. It's optioned out with factory options like honeycomb wheels, air conditioning and deluxe interior. Documented with build sheet and it has original manuals. 1 owner car until recently.

EXTERIOR: I was very impressed after I inspected the body. It is straight with no damage. No rust, the factory spot welds still show along the lower quarters. Everything fits real nice including the spoilers and bumpers. The big doors shut like new. Repainted a bright red and it is polished like a mirror. The decals are new including the hood bird. I love the shaker hood scoop! I also love the honeycomb wheels; these are in great shape and are wrapped in BFG tires.

INTERIOR: I'm sitting in this beautiful white deluxe interior and it's very nice and extra comfortable. It is unabused, in front of me the machine turned instrument panel is excellent and has a full set of the rally gauges. The formula wheel is on a tilt column. The original radio was upgraded with a Pontiac retro stereo. The 8-track player is still in the console which happens to be in excellent shape too. The dash pad is excellent, not warped. We reupholstered the two front seats, the back seats are excellent original. The door panels are also in very good original condition. The carpet has been replaced and has premium Firebird floor mats. They replace the headliner with a black cloth. The interior lights work.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It still has its original VIN number matching 400 engine which was pulled out and completely professionally rebuilt. It’s now Dyno tuned at 319 horsepower with 419 lbs of torque. It was bored, honed, decked, and balanced. Reground crank, resized rods, new cam etc. The heads were milled and given a performance valve job, it has roller rockers etc. A detailed invoice and Dyno sheets are included. It also has air conditioning, power steering and brakes. Everything looks clean and proper. It is very complete with proper duct work, overflow bottle, cowl seal etc. The a/c has been serviced with new compressor and updated with R134 freon. The metal surfaces are painted smooth and tidy.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It is clean and complete. The red paint is slick with a new weatherstrip. Inside is solid metal with an insulated mat. It also has the original spare tire on a 5th honeycomb wheel. The jack assembly is still mounted under the shelf area. The trunk light even works!

UNDERSIDE: This is a very solid, well-preserved underside. All the metal looks solid and original. The floors, braces and rockers are clean. It has the radial tuned suspension, swaybars front and back. Disc brakes in the front, drum in the rear and the e-brake is still hooked up. It has a full dual exhaust system. Looking up at the motor it is very clean, the starter looks fresh. It has a Turbo 350 automatic trans and a posi rear end.

SERVICE: We inspected the car and made some cosmetic improvements, mechanically it is good to go! We replaced the air cleaner duct work, reupholstered the front seats and replaced the seat backs and replaced the inside door strap end caps.

I know this isn't the only Trans Am out there, but I will say it's one of the better ones. It is clean throughout with great features. It will be a pleasure to drive, and you will be proud when anyone looks at it.
