Only 17 Cuda convertibles with a 440 6-pack and a 4-speed were made, if you found one be prepared to pay close to 3/4 of a million dollars! Lucky for you this in a clone of an original. You can't tell it from the real one. Only 2,200 miles on a rotisserie restoration. Great high impact color with a Shaker on top of a 440 6-pack and a pistol grip between the bucket seats. We have an organized binder filled with documentation.

EXTERIOR: What a looker! The body has been completely restored and looks great, it's straight and fits right. It has a new shaker hood and a rear spoiler. Painted Lemon Twist and it is polished smooth and glossy. 440 hockey stick stripes on each side adds some pop. It also has a set of painted sport mirrors. The grill is restored like a Cuda and below the rechromed bumper is a pair of optional road lamps. The tail panel is painted black like a Cuda and below that rechromed bumper is the rectangular tips coming through the valance. It also has the Cuda gills rocker moldings. It has a black power top in good shape. It's rolling on a set of reproduction 15x7 rally wheels wrapped in reproduction Goodyear Polyglass GT tires.

INTERIOR: Looking good in here too. Let's get right to the best part which is that pistol grip shifter between the bucket seats. You won't want to let go of that shifter! In front of you is a rally dash with a full set of gauges including a tachometer and a working clock. It has a factory radio and the heater controls look new. The dash pad was replaced. Below the dash is a red knob that says "carb air" which allows you to open the ram air. The carpets were replaced and there is a set of embroidered mats. The seats were reupholstered and recusioned. The plastic door panels and console are in good shape.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under that big ram air set up is a 440 making 390 hp with 6-pack carbs on top. Completely rebuilt motor with a receipt. The OEM reproduction carbs were bought new and add up to 1200 cfms when all 3 are opened up! It was restored to original specs with correct manifolds, components, hoses, clamps etc. The components look fresh as well. It is complete: the horns and washers are hooked up, battery is properly secured, cowl has vents and rubber seal. There are 2 very desirable features: power steering and brakes which makes driving it easy. The engine bay is clean metal painted very nicely.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: All clean metal completely painted yellow with a smooth and glossy finish. Not only does it have reproduction mat, weatherstrip, decal and well liner it also has a collapsible spare with air bottle and the jack assembly. This is a complete and restored trunk.

UNDERSIDE: This was a rotisserie restoration which means all the components were removed, the body was flipped on its side for a complete restore. All new metal properly installed and painted Lemon Twist. No rust at all! The components were rebuilt and detailed before being reinstalled. The steering and suspension were redone. The drum brakes were redone, lines and e-brake were replaced. The fuel system was replaced, the tank even has the correct ink stamp. Replaced exhaust with correct mufflers, resonators and tips going through the valance. Looking up at the motor it is clean, has a chrome oil pan and high torque starter. Completely restored 833 4-speed manual trans. 8 3/4 Sure Grip rear end. It is looking real good under this car!

SERVICE: We thoroughly inspected the car and adjusted the idle, timed the engine, replaced the trans mount, replaced the rear u-joint, secured the radio, fixed dash lights, replaced rear shackle bushings and swaybar links, replaced wire to alternator, replaced remote mirror bezel and adjusted the top and windows.

This isn't a "tribute", it's a "clone" which means it is restored to the factory specs of a Cuda 440-6pack. As far as I know the only way to tell the difference is 1 digit in the VIN and the price tag! Anyway, it's a completely restored amazing car!
