For more information on this vehicle: https://www.volocars.com/auto-sales/vehicles/18484/1967-chevrolet-corvette See all of Greg Grams' C2 Corvette collection here: https://volocars.forsale/C2 All other socials & links: https://letsgoforaspin.com/ From the Greg Grams C-2 luxury and comfort Corvette collection. Greg started selling these corvettes in the early 70s as used cars and kept selling them as they became collector items. Recently he has assembled an impressive collection of 1963-1967 Corvettes focusing on air-conditioned coupes. He has run each one through our shop and they are very functional and dialed in ready to enjoy. He took the time to assemble display boards with miscellaneous literature, NCRS shipping reports, window stickers and more. Each car comes with a jack and spare. Since the early 70s when he started collecting, these cars have not been known to go down in value. Drive an investment! 28,945 documented miles! #s matching, judged and documented! There's so much good news about this car I don't know where to start. It has a binder of history. Body off frame restored to original specs. This car was closely inspected by NCRS judges, and it was given a 2nd Flight award with 93 points, a decal kept it from Top Flight! We have the judges’ sheets. We also have the original tank sticker and photos of it still on the fuel tank. This documents the car was born like you see it, the tires and wheels were upgraded. It also includes a display board with the manuals and documents. We have a 3 ring binder with some great history! The first several pages are a complete ownership history; a title search was done before it was outlawed. The gentleman that did the title search contacted the previous owners and wrote notes about most of them. The miles were also verified by different owners, one even signed an odometer statement. There are pictures dated 1970 and 1972. Then we have pictures of the car in an old barn where it was parked from 1979 to 1990 (yes, a real barn find)! Jim Shanel purchased the car and had a flatbed winch it out of the barn. Jim is a Senior judge for the Bloomington Gold certification board. He treated the car to a complete, high-quality body off frame restoration to factory specs. The person we acquired the car from has owned it since 1999. It was kept in a climate-controlled garage, and they only put about 2,000 miles on it in 25 years. This type of history and documentation is rarely available, certainly an invaluable addition to this Corvette. EXTERIOR: This car is so sexy! Look at the sleek lines, the stinger big block hood and the boattail back end that's only on the coupe. The side exhaust looks great but the sound it makes when you're shifting those gears is absolutely the best! Reproduction "bolt on" aluminum wheels were added, and they are wrapped in radial redline tires. The body is outstanding, there's a few years on the restoration and it still looks fresh. It has its bonding strips; I did not see any cracks or body work showing. The headlights fit precisely; the doors click shut. Repainted its original Elkhart Blue and it looks fantastic. The metal flake is laid out evenly and there is a smooth glossy finish. The black stinger is smooth to the touch. There are some minor touch ups. All the chrome sparkles. Weatherstrips and seals are in great shape. New windshield. INTERIOR: It is tidy: clean, fits right and unabused. When you sit in the car you will feel like it's 1967 and you are in a new Vette. The dash pads, instrument panel, gauges, knobs, glovebox door look great. All the gauges work, I noticed it had 80 lbs oil pressure and the clock has quartz movement. The door panels look to be very nice originals. The seats are reupholstered and have firm cushions. The console is pristine and has the correct 4-speed shifter. Excellent carpet front to back. Overhead looks just as pristine. All the interior lights work including in the glovebox. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Comfort and muscle, this is a rare and highly desirable combination: #s matching 427 with factory air conditioning! The a/c system is complete and working. The 427 has verified correct casting codes and dates, the stamp pad has the correct codes, dates, and matching VIN numbers. This has been verified by NCRS judges. #s match throughout, we have an extensive list. This 427 produces 390 hp and a whopping 460 lbs of torque, easy to maintain single Holley 4 barrel and hydraulic valve train. The motor was completely rebuilt and balanced, it runs smooth and strong. Every component looks fresh and correct. Those are correct valve covers with the dimple spot welds, reproductions don't have them.
