Factory correct down to the T3 headlights, dated spark plug wires, reproduction tires and even the stencils on the frame! Body off frame restored! The #'s matching fuel injected 327 and 4 speed manual transmission make for an exhilarating ride. Only 1,918 were produced in 1962. Highly detailed and nicely documented with pictures of the restoration. An absolute winner!

EXTERIOR: Far better fit and finish than it had when it was new! Striking Roman Red paint is smooth and slick to the touch, shiny and sexy to the eye. It's a paint job to be very proud of. Looking down the side of the body it is amazingly straight with smooth contours and crisp lines. The panels have all been nicely aligned with great gaps that are well above average. The doors close easily with minimal effort. The bumpers have been rechromed and the remaining brightwork all has a glorious shine. The glass has been replaced as well as the rubber seals and fuzzy strips. The black convertible top looks brand new, and the top frame totally restored. The convertible top lid closes precisely with a solid thud. It's rolling on 15” steel rims adorned with sweet spinner hubcaps that are in amazing condition. The reproduction Firestone whitewall tires are also in great shape.

INTERIOR: Painstakingly refinished! Sharp black bucket seats have fresh upholstery and cushions. The correct 4 speed manual shifter proudly sits between them. The door panels, armrests, levers, handles, and reflectors all look fresh. The entire dash area was meticulously restored including the gauges. It has the correct 6500 redline for the fuelie motor. The dash pad has an excellent fit. The steering wheel has a great feel and look to it. The carpet seems fresh and brand new. Inside of the storage compartment is neatly painted. It still has the original style Wonder Bar radio. Every detail has been touched upon, and overall, this interior is amazing!

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: VIN #s matching fuel injected 327-360hp!
Block casting # 3782870
Block Date 04/16/1962
Suffix Code RF
Head Number 3782461
Rochester Fuel Injection # 7017360
Distributor # 1111011

This was the first year for the 327 and the fuelie was the top dog. They came with special heads with large ports, 11:25 compression, domed aluminum pistons, solid lifters, hotter cam, dual point distributor and more. It is topped off with the beautifully refurbished correct Rochester fuel injection system. The finned aluminum valve covers with Corvette script are so sweet looking. The polished ignition shielding is factory correct and the spark plug wires are even dated to this car. The cooling system was restored and is correct with 1962 dates on the radiator and expansion tank. All the belts and hoses have been replaced. Every component is restored and stock, the generator even has correct numbers. Beautifully detailed!

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The underside of the trunk lid and jamb are painted slick just like the body. The lock mechanism and weatherstrip were both replaced. Inside is detailed and painted red. It has the correct divider and rubber mat. Under the mat is the jack and spare also restored.

UNDERSIDE: Meticulous body off frame restoration! The entire steering system was rebuilt and looks fresh. The suspension also is fresh with all new bushings, links, springs, and shocks etc. Assembly line markings were reapplied. The 4 wheel drum brakes look excellent and the emergency brake is hooked up too. The entire dual exhaust system was replaced and is neatly bent with a nice black finish. Looking up at the #'s matching 327 engine, it is fresh and has the correct starter and canister style oil filter complete with decal. The #'s matching 4 speed manual transmission appears to be recently serviced and has a new mount too. The rebuilt driveshaft leads back to a fresh looking posi rear end. The floors are in great condition with the correct raw fiberglass finish which is rare, typically they are painted black to cover repairs. The frame was also prepped and painted with a smooth black finish and even has stencil markings duplicated. It is detailed under here!

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you the best cars within reason.

I'm very impressed overall with the restoration! This is a keeper that oozes quality. Very desirable features, colors, and amazing factory correct restored condition! This is collector grade.
