Shoot a split beam at a reflector on the moon and measure how long it takes for one of the return beams to reach a detector on earth and the other return beam to reach another detector that's somewhere between earth and the moon. If light's speed is truly instantaneous on the return trips, the two beams should reach their respective detectors exactly simultaneously – but I'd be willing to bet that they won't.
