    I am a firm believer that all kids should grow up with animals. They learn so much from them, empathy, etc. They also are exposed to dander, etc. that actually strengthens their immune system. Kids that grow up with pets tend to have significantly less allergies, colds, etc. There is a reason we belong together from young on. Nice parents doing a great job. Lavender is a lucky girl.
