We love pizza and have been cooking pizzas for a very long time. Pizza is one of our favorite dishes.
We have been experimenting with different ovens and different pizza recipes for some time.
Our adobe oven that we built cooks delicious pizzas, and some special electrical ovens are great too, but they are not easy to manage and they require a lot of space. So we are sharing our best method and recipe for how to make the perfect pizza at home, using regular kitchen appliances.
