I thought this video was heartwarming. I felt so sad watching the deer struggle. To see him run off with a clear face made me want to thank those who saved him.

One lucky deer to have Wildlife Rescue come to save its life.

I worked at the San Diego Zoo for years. As I watched the struggle this animal was put through, I kept thinking, why didn't they contact a vet or a close by Zoo or Animal Sanctuary and have someone come out and tranquilize the poor buck? It would have been safer for the buck and those rescuing the animal.

That was some amazing work and it's great that there are men who will do that sort of rescue. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see how it all pans out. THANKS MEL !!!

Tranquilizers for animals exist, why not tranquilize deer to prevent death from manhandling shock? Could also pass laws to use fencing around suburban V ball net areas like laws to put fencing around suburban swimming pools.
