    I agree with you Lynne, how could anyone be so heartless as to abandon any pet rather than try to get them to a warm, safe place. I get that circumstances change, but really just dump them and expect them to be able to survive with no food or water. St. Louis though, it's a trashy city so it's no real surprise. Judgment day is coming people. She is loved now. Thank you -- all involved in her rescue and recovery. You will be blessed for it.
