Video Description:
Take a trip back to the days of metal lunchboxes, the Sears Wish Book, and riding bikes with friends until the streetlights came on. This video is packed with the moments, memories, and simple joys that made growing up in the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s feel like magic. If any of these bring back a smile - you had a happy childhood.

This one brought back a lot of memories of my childhood. Thanks, Mel.
Thanks Mel . I'm 74 so most of these memories belong to my kids - But I dig them !!

Ahhhhh, the memories
Between school hours, summer camp (10-1/2 summers between ages 6 and 17), my time was always my own. Good thing as that's how my "old age" has turned out.
Thanks Mel.
Thank you for the trip down memory lane. I enjoyed playing paper dolls on our front porch and hopscotch on the sidewalk in front of our house.
It was a later version of my years growing up...but was a great version of my children's. Memories are always wonderful to revisit.
We had the best of times back then. My heart breaks for the terribly broken and disconnected generation of today. Social media is the devil's playground, and we can see it all around us. God help us all.
Great memories!
I loved though days
loved this video. brought a smile to me
This made me cry! How I wish our grandchildren could be brought up like this. Such sweet and wonderful memories!
I remember most of these except for the tree house...didn't have one of those. Great to look back on all those good times.
The Sears Roebuck book arriving was heaven on earth!!! The dreams, the hope, the wishes, all rolled up in it. Of course back then money was non-existent but dreams were free!!!!!!
what wonderful memories! We were the best generation!!! Thanks for the memories.
A very cool video. Took me back to the good old days. Memories !!!
I remember most of these, however, it doesn't mean my childhood was happy
