Kudos to you for building that house for a cat. Wish I had your carpentry skills. I have a stray cat that I have been feeding for 2 years now and he has a tote box with a cover and 2 heating pads in the winter. Took me 6 months before I could even pat him and now he is in my lap whenever I sit. He is my garden cat and walks all over my property with me and he walks leaning into my legs like a well trained dog.
