So touching and the video presentation made me feel as if I really know Pell. Each time I would see her you narrated the video as exactly what Pela was saying. She became almost human in a doggie kind of way. One of my favorite but sad videos.

For those of us that have no children--Our Dear Pets are our children and as with children we want no harm or sickness to come to them. As this is so sad it brings such comfort to my heart to see that there are people that care as much as I do...

Walking our journey . . . together . . . no matter what it may be. A precious story. A love that will never end.

We should appreciate even little things and not take anything for granted.

I too can't stop the tears as my 14 year old Shih Tzu died 3 months ago on July 4th. I still can't stop the tears and heartache as I sit alone. I turn around and think I saw her, but she's not with me anymore. After having the 50 dogs we rescued in our lives and many, many other animals, I didn't want another dog at our ages. My husband said we had to have another dog and we rescued her, but my husband died 6 months later. I was lucky that I had that little dog so I wasn't alone after he died. Sadly I'm alone again, but at my age I didn't want another dog to leave when I'm gone.

I think the person talking has marbles in their mouth but could be my ears, I can't understand most of what they're saying

So sad. She said it all.

experienced this with my Miniature Pincher several years ago. He never recovered. You are so lucky she is returning to herself!!!!

Wonderful lives together. I have all my pet dog cremains and wish I could find a cemetery for us together,

hanky alert for sure. The problem with our beloved pets is that they don't live long enough

I've always felt my dog should leave me first, rather than I leave her behind. I would suffer the finality of life and she would always wonder where I went. I can identify with everything this loving lady has said.

Valia's love of her dogs... and this journal about Pela in particular, comes across as great prose. Her narrative is beautiful and so genuine. One can't help but be moved. Thanks for adding it to your library of videos.

This is so poignant and loving and wonderful to watch. I have two dogs and I can understand fully what she's talking about. Thank you for posting. I love this woman's videos and her voice.

Interesting. Why do we say we've lost someone when they die? You lose your keys, don't you look until you find them? Do you do that with those who have gone before?
