Cute for sure. Precious that she took the time to teach her sign language too. Definitely, most definitely needs to be taught manners. Heaven forbid she ever needs to be re-homed. It won't go well, and you shouldn't set her up for that. Rather set her up for success wherever she goes. Even if it's just grandma's house. Just my opinion.
