I was blessed to grow up in this era, so much fun. So many memories within the video that I remember and made me smile. Thanks Mel !
Loved growing up in the 50s. Best decade ever !! There will never be another. Sadly those times are gone forever.
Outstanding!!!! My years!!!
This was great Mel brought back a lot of memories all good. You did a amazing job
Since I was born in 1940 all of that looked so familiar! Thanks, Mel
Life was so much simpler then. I'm glad I was a part of it.
Very good, they were good times.
Having been there as a teen, I can say the 50s were the most culturally civilized time period in my 85 years as an American, and am most thankful to have been apart of that era.
...takes me right back to my teens....memorable years in my lifetime...shaped who i am today..tnx
It brings back wonderful memories.
Ahhhhh, the memories ♥
How I loved growing up in the 50's! Life was so much simpler.
I love the old cars and some of the fashions but would not want to go back. Women and minorities were so badly treated,
I was in high school from 1953 to 1957, What a treat to see the way we were. Unfortunately, time keeps moving on.
Memories, memories, memories!!!
I wish youhadn't stopped the to friends listing, I had so many who loved it.
The best times, for sure.
I was a young teenager but remember it so very well--and the CARS!! I'm sure you all know this but Jane Mansfield was the mother of Mariska Hargitay the star of "Law & Order SVU" AND Jerry Lee Lewis married his first cousin and was also cousin to the television evangelist Jimmy Lee Swiggart? That's what I get for living so long!! lol
I loved these videos Mel. Thanks a lot for sharing them.
makes me wanna go back............the best time ever!
